Aero Maintenance Pro was built with one goal in mind: to raise the standard of general aviation maintenance. With over 20 years of experience developing and managing aviation maintenance operations across the U.S., we recognized the need for a more transparent, modern, and accountable approach to aircraft care.
Based in Caldwell, Idaho, we focus on high-performance piston and turbine aircraft, specializing in Cirrus and general aviation platforms. What sets us apart isn’t just the quality of our work — it’s how we manage it. We’ve integrated ModernHawk, a powerful digital tracking platform, to provide our clients with real-time visibility into their maintenance, inspections, and compliance.

Bryan Leone
DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE
Growing up turning wrenches alongside my father in his garage ignited my passion for aviation maintenance early on. In 2000, I enlisted in the US Army, dedicating six years to specializing in helicopter turbine engines. Upon completing my service, I transitioned into civilian maintenance by joining a Part 145 repair station’s engine overhaul shop.
I earned my Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification in 2007, demonstrating my commitment to industry standards and expertise. Since 2011, I have held an Inspection Authorization (IA) license, allowing me to conduct critical inspections and approvals in compliance with FAA regulations.
Complementing my practical experience, I obtained an Associate of Arts degree in aviation maintenance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Throughout my career, I have remained actively engaged in aviation maintenance, providing dedicated support to both Part 91 general aviation and Part 135 commercial airplane and helicopter operations. My comprehensive background ensures a deep understanding of maintenance requirements and regulatory compliance in diverse aviation environments.
